1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to Turnexedic. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and digital platforms operated by Turnexedic. By booking an appointment, purchasing styling packages, accessing our website, or engaging with our professional makeup, hair styling, and personal styling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and website.

2. Description of Services

Turnexedic provides premium fashion-related services, including but not limited to:

• Professional makeup application for events, editorial shoots, and personal occasions;
• Hair styling, updos, and aesthetic hair design;
• Personal styling consultations, wardrobe audits, and personal shopping assistance;
• Virtual and in-person fashion advisory services.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, non-compliance with preparation guidelines, or disruptive behavior.

3. Booking, Cancellations, and Payments

To secure an appointment with Turnexedic, you may be required to provide valid credit card information or submit a non-refundable deposit. The following policies apply to all bookings:

• Payment Terms: All fees for services are due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or structured as a pre-paid package. We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equal to a percentage of the scheduled service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients, or your appointment may be cancelled, subject to full service charges.

4. Client Obligations and Preparations

To ensure the highest quality of service, clients are required to follow all pre-appointment instructions provided by Turnexedic. This includes, but is not limited to, arriving with a clean face (free of makeup) for cosmetic services, or dry, clean hair for styling services, unless instructed otherwise. It is the client's responsibility to notify Turnexedic stylists of any skin sensitivities, known allergies to cosmetics, hair products, or skin conditions prior to the application of any products. Turnexedic is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or allergies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, logos, images, portfolio photographs, text, and styling concepts displayed on the Turnexedic website or social media channels are the exclusive intellectual property of Turnexedic, unless otherwise credited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written consent from an authorized representative of Turnexedic.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our beauty and styling services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Turnexedic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the longevity, exact visual outcome, or subjective satisfaction of any makeup, hair styling, or personal styling service. Aesthetic outcomes are inherently subjective, and individual results may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnexedic, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, products, or website. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions, damage to clothing or personal property during styling sessions, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if Turnexedic has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Turnexedic’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turnexedic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our services or website; (c) any injury or damage caused by your failure to disclose relevant health, allergy, or medical information; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Turnexedic reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services or website following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
